If you know something that you're getting for Christmas, share it here.

I'm getting two BA Series Two Mystery Packs.

Yeah, kind of. It's not really a "Version" it's more of a different interpretation.

Not even.

Hanukkah and Christmas stem from two very different events (Remeber, Jews don't beleive that Jesus Christ was the son of God.)

And If I'm wrong, then I'm dumb.

Ouch, fail. Hanukkah was actually around before Christmas, and it comes from something completely different. Anyways, you have no proof that Jesus was born during Christmas anyways Smile

And if my sources are correct, he was born in March, not December.

But that's the day we celebrate it, just because we don't know. We do, however, know that he was born, and is the son of God.

Its the day of a pagan holiday that the Roman empire decided to announce that Christmas now takes place during the exact same day. Coincidence, I think not.

Yeah, it originally had to do with the winter solstice, but then the church changed it to Christmas so the ignorant masses still had something to celebrate on that day.
And now it's changed into this creepy santa stuff, I'd be cool if it went back to celebrating the solstice.

I'm getting Medieval Market Village from my Grandma and some cash, among other things. She likes to spend tons of money at Christmas.

Booze, pranks, orgies and generally inappropriate behaviour? Yeah, that sounds like the Romans.
Sounds like the modern New Year festival, too.
